Location: the hotel was not far from Phillips. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Duroy Lake. Had comfortable, cool room that was clean & looked newly remodeled.
The bed was not comfortable, that's my bad luck.

Here's my point of view
A last-minute choice turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The comfortable and clean room offered a great night's sleep. While the continental breakfast was limited, the friendly staff made up for it. The personal attention to our needs was wonderful. Just be mindful of the homemade handicap ramp-it needs improvement.

This place should be called super mediocre, sidewalks were pure ice and my reservation was downgraded without notice, unacceptable! I expected a warm welcome or at least some form of compensation. So disappointed, I almost thought of leaving a decent review but just couldn't, honestly don't bother!
